From time to time we receive requests for invoices to be generated in the country of residence. We understand that there may be several advantages to receiving an invoice approved by your country of residence, but unless your business is inside the United States of America, we cannot comply with your specific request.
BZVweb by BeeZee Vision, LLC is a Chesapeake, Virginia Based business. As such, we adhere to our country and state tax rules for all our services.
According to Virginia Law, we do not charge a tax for the Services we provide. As such, customers are exempt from paying taxes for Shared and Private Web Hosting, as well as service add-ons for their server accounts. The same applies to our multimedia division, which does not charge a service tax for Web Development, Aerial and Digital Photography, and rest of services in our buffet.
I used to receive a "Factura" for Ecuador. Why cannot I receive one now?
After careful examination, back in 2017, it was decided that the office in Ecuador was no longer needed, as such, all services were migrated to our corporate office in the United States of America. All clients who at some point may have received a "factura" approved by that nations Internal Revenue Service (SRI/IRS) while the office was still in operation in that country. But all BZVweb service invoices already reflect the adjusted rate with 0% tax.
Please do not ask for a country-specific "factura" for Ecuador or any country other than the USA, as this will not be provided.
Why can't you just give me an invoice approved by my country?
We understand it may be frustrating to some users, but if we are to do that, we need to establish a business entity for every country that requests this type of invoice. That includes opening an office for each business, having a team run the service from that country, and update all the paperwork that is required for each country for us to operate.
After we get that first part done, we also need to adjust all our rates for your specific country to account for salaries, taxes, utilities, work permits and sending payments out to our corporate office, which many countries will charge an extra fee. Sadly, all these extra fees will have to be passed down to the client and will vary for each country and in most cases will be 50 to 200% times higher than our current fees.
Based on these and other reasons, we have decided it just does not make financial sense to you nor us, to provide country-specific invoices.
What kind of invoice am I getting then?
You are receiving a normal United States Approved Service Digital Invoice with 0% service tax. Based on your country, your accountant may help you declare it accordingly, but most often we've heard that our invoices are marked under the 0% general office tools and supplies tax declaration fields.
Once your invoice is paid, just show it to your tax agent and they should be able to get you squared out.
will you ever offer a country approved invoice for my country?
If and when we do, we'll make a public announcement and your invoices will be automatically updated to reflect taxes and any fees that may be relevant to your specific country. We will continuously make reviews of each country we serve, to ensure it makes sense to open an office in your country. In the meantime, our current invoices will be enough for most countries.
