Do I get root access to my Dedicated server?
Yes, you get full root access, which means you have full administrative control of your server. This means you have complete control of your server, and can choose to install any software you wish to.
What kind of support do I get with my Dedicated server?
BeeZee Vision, LLC offers three levels of support for Dedicated Server: Core-Managed, cPanel relevant and Fully Managed. All servers come with Core-Managed support, meaning we handle issues strictly related to hardware and core server functions. For the Partially Managed plans, means that you chose cPanel or WHM through us, we offer 'additional support options relevant to cPanel as well as Core Management. Fully Managed is best for when you don't have a dedicated IT team in your organization, making this one of the best options to reduce functionality risks while you focus on getting your business running.
When will my Dedicated server be ready once I've placed the order?
We use a proprietary provisioning system which ensures that your server is ready instantly.Yes, you read that right - your server is available for use immediately. In very rare cases, your server will be ready after 5 minutes of payment approval. No setup fees, ever!
What kind of hardware do you use for each Dedicated server?
Our Dedicated servers use the SuperMicro blade chassis configuration for a small and highly efficient footprint that helps reduce power consumption and cooling requirements with improved airflow. These efficiencies allow us to pass the savings down to you. Our servers are powered Intel Xeon HyperThreaded processors, DDR3 RAM and 7200RPM SATA drives.
What is the speed of the network port/uplink on my server?
Our server's network ports are configured to allow speeds of up to 1Gbps per port.
What is your hard drive RAID configuration?
Each of our servers come with a 1TB hard drive pair in a RAID 1 configuration. This setup mirrors your data in real-time, so there is always a copy on each drive. If one drive fails, you will still have a copy on the other drive. Our hard drives are 7200 RPM SATA drives. If a drive fails, our team will detect and replace the faulty drive, usually with Zero downtime for you.
Can I expand the storage capacity on my server?
Yes, with our custom in-house Shared Storage device station, you can add a near infinite amount of storage to your server. While your server has 1TB of local storage, you can choose to expand this by adding space instantly to your server from our Shared Storage Device. This will be instantly attached to your server as a disk, at which point you can format it and mount it as needed. You can choose to buy anywhere between 50GB and 500GB of storage at a time.
How do I access my Dedicated Server?

(2) cPanel - if you have chosen a configuration with cPanel from us, you can access and manage your server through the cPanel/WHM control panel
(3) Dedicated Server Control Panel - you can also perform frequent operations, such as Stopping, Starting and Restarting your server through our web-based control panel. This comes bundled with every server

Do you offer any billing panels?
Yes, we offer WHMCS as a billing panel for your dedicated server. You can purchase the license from us for a significantly lower cost, and then install it on your dedicated server. Unless otherwise specified, the license is non-transferable to a new server outside our network.
