From time to time, there may be a fake account that has been created for whatever purpose into our system.
We at BeeZee Vision, LLC will close and delete all accounts that seem fake or give us reasonable doubt to consider them "Fraudulent".
How can we consider an account fake or fraudulent?
Our customer service staff reviews each and every e-mail, account and ticket for various characteristics, such as:
- Fake Name and Last Name (i.e qwerUiqEwr)
- Fake Email (i.e. someplace@asfkgmail.com)
- URL in Address field (i.e. http://someurl)
- Mismatched City, Country and Zip
- Fake Phone Numbers (i.e. 123456)
- Etc.
We also log every email, IP and other data that allows us to increase our web securities. IPs and e-mails of requests made with false pretence will be banned from our system for a certain period of time, to prevent real users of the same IP to not be affected. We will not disclose this time frame, but we will ensure to review and if necessary, track the offenders for the safety of our clients.
